Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to attend classes in person?
We understand that life is busy, which is why our program is built with flexibility in mind. You’ll only need to attend 2 days of in-person classroom skills check-off and 2–3 days of hands-on clinical skills validation.

The rest of your training can be completed conveniently online—allowing you to learn at your own pace while balancing work, family, and other commitments.

This blended approach ensures you gain both the knowledge and real-world experience you need—without unnecessary time in the classroom.
Who are the courses instructors?
Our instructors are experienced registered nurses who bring years of real-world patient care into the classroom. We believe exceptional training starts with those who have truly done the work—professionals who understand the challenges, responsibilities, and nuances of the role firsthand.
This program goes beyond teaching skills—it equips you with the mindset and strategies to succeed. You’ll learn how to work smarter, not harder, building confidence and efficiency as you prepare for your career in healthcare.
